ORDNANCE FACTORY RECRUITMENT CENTRE
Ordnance Factory Recruitment Centre, under Ministry of Defence, Ambajhari, Nagpur, will be conducting a written exam for engaging applicants for Trade Apprenticeship training in Ordnance & Ordnance Equipment Factories for 55
batch. Online applications are invited from Indian citizens ( for Non-ITI & ITI candidates) of Trade apprentices under the 'Apprentices Act 1961' in Ordnance & Ordnance Equipment Factories located in different States acress India.
The number of vacancies is approximately 7038 including 3736 ITI and 3302 Non-ITI, the highest ever as part of OFB's Skill India Mission.
For NON ITI category of the remaining factories, the date of written examination for Phase II will be intimated soon.
Due to overwhelming response of candidates for imparting Trade Apprenticeship training in Ordnance & Ordnance Equipment Factories for 55th batch, under Skill India mission, OFRC may allot the centre to the applicants in nearby towns and cities in Phase II, in addition to the cities already notified.
OFRC had conducted the written examination for engagement of Trade Apprentices of 55th Batch in Phase I for approx 4.45 lakh candidates on 26.03.2017 (Sunday). All the candidates were also allowed to take Question Papers after the completion of the exam. Please
